Privacy policy
In short: We collect only what you send us, what you book, and (if you agree) how the site is used. We don't sell it, and you can ask to see, correct or delete it at any time.
Antiphono is a trading name of BT Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 49 681 429 587), based in Sydney, Australia. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean BT Digital Pty Ltd trading as Antiphono. This policy covers personal information we collect through antiphono.com, when you email us, and when you book a call with us. We handle it under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988, and the EU and UK GDPR where they apply.
What we collect
- When you email us: your name, email address and anything you choose to include.
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add. Bookings are made through Cal.com, embedded on our contact page.
- If you accept analytics: how the site is used, through Google Analytics. That includes the pages you visit, how far down the homepage you read, when you select Book a call and whether you complete a booking, plus your device, browser and approximate location. Google Analytics doesn’t store IP addresses.
- To run the site: our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.
We don’t ask for sensitive information, such as health details, so please don’t send it. There are no forms or mailing list sign-ups on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about the work you’re asking about
- To arrange and hold the calls you book
- To see which pages are useful and improve the site, if you accept analytics
- To keep the site secure and working
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics only loads if you select Accept on the cookie banner. Until then, nothing is collected. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to recognise return visits. We save your choice in your browser’s storage so we don’t ask again. You can change your mind at any time with , or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
The Cal.com booking calendar on our contact page may set its own cookies when it loads. Our cookie policy lists everything the site stores in your browser.
Who helps us handle it
We share personal information only with the services we use to run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Google Workspace: our email
- Cal.com: call bookings
- Google Analytics: site usage, if you accept
- Vercel: hosting the site
We may also disclose personal information where the law requires it.
Information stored overseas
These providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States and Europe. We use established providers that protect personal information under their own privacy commitments and contracts, and we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including secure providers and access limited to the people who need it. We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as they’re useful for our work together or the law requires (for example, tax records), then delete them.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email ben@antiphono.com. We’ll reply within 30 days, and there’s no charge. If we can’t do what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep something, we’ll tell you why.
If you’re in the EU or UK
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can also ask us to restrict or stop using your information, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. We use analytics only with your consent, and handle enquiries and bookings because you’ve asked us to talk with you. You can complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.
Making a complaint
