- We talk through your product, your users and what's getting in the way.
- If there's a fit, we suggest a first piece of work, usually a discovery, and how we'd approach it.
Most people start with a discovery: 3-10 days depending on your needs, quoted up front. We define the problem properly, build something you can click, and give you a plan for what comes next, with an estimate against it.
You own everything the discovery produces, whether or not we do the work that follows.
